Today's Action Photo is a picture of my new Texas BAT "Animal Friendly" license plate! It took over two months to get this plate, since a prison break at the Huntsville Penitentiary where they make these plates caused a huge delay in license plate production. Since a lot of people have asked me about prices, a Texas personalized plate costs $40 per year, and the Animal Friendly style costs an additional $25 per year, for a grand total of $65 a year. Photo taken with a Canon Elan IIe camera on a Manfrotto Wilderness tripod, 70-200mm f/2.8L lens with a B+W multicoated UV filter, Kodak Royal Gold 400 film. Exposure settings were 1/6 second at f/8 with +1/2 stop of exposure compensation.
