Today's Action Photo is a picture of Goethals Memorial in Balboa, it looks to be in very good condition with nice clean water and just a bit of mildew near the top. Major General George Goethals was the Chief Engineer during the building of the Canal. When I took this picture they were building a big podium right in front of the memorial for the inauguration of Panama's new president, Martin Torrijos.
