Today's Action Photo
Today's Action Photo is a picture of a very appropriate sign at Brazos Bend State Park near Houston, Texas, warning of the unrestrained existence of alligators in the park. In fact, there was one gator right behind the orange temporary fencing in the distance above, so I didn't venture out onto the platform extending over the lake. Photo taken with a handheld Canon Elan IIe camera, 70-200mm f/2.8L lens with a B+W multicoated UV filter, Kodak Portra 160NC film. Exposure settings were 1/125 second at f/16. Photo CD scan done by Advanced Digital Imaging of Fort Collins, Colorado.
