Today's Action Photo is a picture of a Houston Cow Parade cow named "Moonwalking Cow" on display in front of the Houston Public Library complex in downtown Houston, Texas! This is an interesting cow, I will have to go back for a better shot with a tripod, for some reason this cow was placed here late, since it wasn't here last time I drove by this location.
