Today's Action Photo is a picture of a pretty typical scene in California real estate at the moment, a foreclosure sale on a brand new house! This one is at 5593 Cedar Garden Court in San Jose, it was alright, but too fishbowly for me and right next to a busy road. They were asking $585,900, but I suspect they would accept far less than that considering the circumstances.
