Today's Action Photo is a picture of the pool on a bank-owned property at 763 Waterville Drive in Brentwood, California. It's a little hard to see in this picture, but that olive color is some type of algae covering the bottom of the pool, it's obvious that the bank has not spent one dime to maintain the property since foreclosing on it.
