Today's Action Photo is a picture of a Houston Cow Parade cow named "Elsie's Udder Magic" on display in front of the Sam Houston statue in the museum district of Houston, Texas! This cow has since been moved to Williams Tower for some reason, probably because of vandalism at this unguarded location. Artist: Bruce Monical, Art Square Studios.
